There's a world of great design out there. Finding needlepoint instruction that can help you adapt it is hard to find.

But there are so many rich sources of designs to stitch, you could make these unique items forever and not get tired of them.

I've been designing my own needlepoint almost since the beginning and one of my first projects was a stitch by stitch adaptation of a mosaic mural. It took me forever, but it was very cool.

There are so many things out there which adapt to needlepoint, from change ringing sequences for bells, to cross stitch charts, that knowing what to look for and how to do the adaptation makes all this available to you.
