Needlepoint ClubsThreads, Stitches & MoreThe idea behind needlepoint clubs is to give you a monthly present of needlepoint. It could be threads, it could be a stitch, or it could be a little project. Napa Needlepoint is offering a variety of clubs. You will receive a package every month with the material for your club. Your credit card (billed through PayPal) will be invoiced monthly as well. Some clubs, like the Christmas Lights Club are of a set duration. Other clubs, like Thread Mania, are on-going. The description of each club lets you know what is included and how long the club will be. Once the club is available, there will also be a picture and the monthly price. Unless otherwise noted, you can begin the club at any time.
Christmas Lights - 2010 Stitch ClubExplore the world of stitches with two (sometimes three) threads with this delightful monthly needlepoint club. Every month in 2010, about mid month, you will receive a line drawn canvas and instructions for making that month's ornament.With enrollment in the club, you will get suggestions, with color pictures, on how to develop your color schemes. Based on old-fashioned tree lights, these small projects use Watercolours and metallic threads. Two stitches, one each for bulb and base, come every month. You can make the ornaments in any color you like, choosing an overdye and a metallic for each. There are also several color options available, pictured in each month's packet. There are two options for payment. The monthly subscription is $10 per month, plus and shipping in US. It is billed monthly for 12 months. There is also a one-time payment option of $100, plus $25.00 for shipping in US and tax (in California). This option is like getting two months of the program free. If you live outside the US, you will be billed for the extra shipping monthly. Sign up by December 31 to get in this exciting program from the beginning. Thread ManiaI'm crazy about threads and I'd like to explore them with you. Each month you get three two-yard samples of different threads. Just enough to try out. The package will include a report on the threads which gives you information about them, stitching tips and links about them. The report will also include a stitch to try.You just supply the canvas.
